Assistants are created on a single configuration page and cannot be cloned, duplicated, or deactivated.Once an assistant is created, it becomes active when calls are forwarded to the assigned phone number.Configuration Options#
An assistant can operate in multiple languages:The assistant does not expose system prompts.
It responds strictly based on its configured knowledge and settings.Behavior and Logic#
You can define limited behavior logic, such as:different farewell messages before or after a specific time (e.g. before 5 PM vs. after 5 PM)
The assistant always remains friendly and helpful.If the assistant does not know an answer, it will:continue asking clarifying questions, or
forward the call to a human if call forwarding is configured
Testing and Go-Live#
There is no dedicated test or preview mode.
