Ovierview - FlowVoice public API

On the left-hand side, you will find the menu item Overview.

The Overview page provides a central entry point to view all important key figures and statistics related to your FlowVoice usage at a glance. It serves as a dashboard and gives you a real-time overview of the performance of your phone assistants and call activity.

The Overview shows:

how frequently your assistant is used

how call volume and call duration evolve over time

how effective your phone processes are

Key metrics include:

Total Minutes – the sum of all conversation minutes within the selected period

Average Call Duration – helps assess conversation quality

Total Number of Calls – represents the total call volume for the selected period

All metrics can be filtered by a freely selectable time range.
This allows you to identify trends early, plan resources more effectively, and make data-driven decisions.
