Whatsapp

On the left-hand side, you will find the menu item WhatsApp.
This section displays completed WhatsApp conversations handled via the WhatsApp Business API.
Each WhatsApp integration requires a dedicated assistant that is created specifically for WhatsApp.

Conversation Overview#

The overview shows:
completed conversations only
contact details
preview of the last message
date and time
assigned assistant

Conversation Details#

In the detailed view, you can see:
the full conversation history
messages handled exclusively by AI
Manual replies, human takeover, templates, and handover indicators are not supported.

Data Handling#

WhatsApp conversations are stored
Conversations cannot be deleted or anonymized
Analytics for WhatsApp conversations are not yet available
