User

On the left-hand side, you will find the menu item User Management.
This section controls access and permissions.

Roles#

Available roles:
Admin – full access to all features
User – access to most features, excluding admin settings
Call Manager – access to calls only
Custom roles are not supported.

Security and Tracking#

Two-factor authentication is not available
Login sessions may be logged, but this is not confirmed
Users cannot be assigned to specific assistants
User actions are not audited
