Knowladge Base

On the left-hand side, you will find the menu item Knowledge Base.
The Knowledge Base is the central source of information used by assistants to generate answers.

Supported Content#

You can add:
text-based content
website URLs
Dynamic Web Conntent
There is a size limit per entry, but it is not shown to the user.

Synchronization and Updates#

For URL-based content, synchronization intervals can be configured:
every 1 hour
every 4 hours
every 8 hours
daily
weekly
Changes are versioned and logged internally.

Assignment and Usage#

Knowledge entries can be assigned to multiple assistants
If no knowledge base is assigned, the assistant will not provide an answer
The assistant uses the stored information to generate relevant responses but does not cite sources or apply prioritization rules.
